How does the weekly meal prep service works?
I will come to your home for a half day every week to shop, cook, clean up and stock your refrigerator with a week's worth of healthy premade meals to reheat.
I am not limited to any specific menu. Everyone of my clients can choose their own menu and number of portions they need. Based on your own preferences, I will create menu that will fit your personal taste.

How much meal preparation cost?
Meals prepared in your home are very affordable when compared to the cost of eating out. Because my service is personalized and each individual / family has different dietary needs and tastes, the cost of service will vary.
Example of prices:
10 meals for 2 people (20 servings)
5 different entrees and appropriate side dishes ($295)
10 meals for 3 people (30 servings)
5 different entrees and appropriate side dishes($350)
